  • Onto-it is a subscription based service, allowing for cost-effective scalability as business grows.
  • The Hub is the centre of the Onto-it Farm communication network.
  • A client will require one Hub for every ‘cost-centre’ they wish to track.
  • A cost-centre can be one farm or several farms.
  • There is no limit to the number of Hubs a client can have.
  • Computers and phones provide both access to and viewing of the data that is protected and stored in each Hub.
  • Your Onto-it Farm application on your computer has a full set of your data. This means you can access it any time whether you are on-line or not.
  • A hub can have as many computers or phones as the client wishes. For example, a Hub might have five points of access to cater for the owner, manager and their staff:
    • Two computers with Onto-it Farm software
    • Three mobile phones with the Onto-it mobile application
