Onto-it Communication Hub
Each client’s communication hub is located on the Onto-it server which is housed at the Maxnet collocation centre in Albany. This is one of the top server sites in New Zealand and provides the ultimate insurance against data and system failure. The systems are monitored & maintained 24/7.
To future-proof our clients Onto-it is a centralised system. It is structured to allow us to adapt quickly to any innovations in technology and any information demands made by the industry on our clients. This means that your Onto-it system will never become obsolete.
The Hub also makes service easier. While we are talking to you over the phone, we can view exactly what you are dealing with right then and there. No need to send us files or copies of your system, you just tell us what the problem is and we can fix your problems remotely.
Database systems
The client has a full copy of the database, including all their data, on their home or office computer. Also, in order to protect our clients information, the database systems are situated at diversified locations and backed up hourly for you. This data is available anytime to any authorised users by synchronising with our server.
Development Office
The development team is housed at our North Auckland offices. This is where your support calls go, which means you get first hand support from people who know your system inside out.
